How community registration works
- After booking, you'll get a Google Form for guest & vehicle info — fill it out right away.
- We register your party with the community and pay the fees on your behalf.
- You'll receive a receipt and a reimbursement request through the booking platform — fully transparent.
- The day before arrival, the community emails your welcome package with QR codes for gate & amenity access.
- Arrive and scan in — seamless from day one. (You may enter on arrival day to enjoy amenities; the house is ready at 4 pm.)
⚠️ Please register at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee — same-day registration isn't available.
